Is it worth the trouble to lose weight?

Some people hate the idea of losing weight. That's understandable because they love to eat and eating makes them feel good. So when you have to lose weight, all you think about is how unpleasant it's going to be. But here's a trick to eating while dieting. Just do it in smaller portions.

Look at it this way, you want to stay under 1500 calories for your daily intake. So that means you can have a piece of pizza, but make sure you understand that one slice can be as much as 400 calories. 1500 may sound quite a bit in the beginning of the day, but basically you're breaking that down to 4 meals per day around 300+ calories. That slice of pizza, if you do eat it, will need to be the only thing you eat for that meal.
