Boosting and journaling combined

Here’s a weight loss tip that you may not have thought about before. If you’ve been trying to lose weight and exercising for the last few weeks you might feel tired of it. This usually happens when you start to lose motivation and more likely to give up on the progress you’ve made. At this point you’ll need a boost for your weight loss program.
Learning a new hobby that involves being active might just be the thing you need.

Trying something out and keeping in shape for it might help you keep motivated. If you already participate in a sport, perhaps taking it to the next level will do it. Competition is a healthy way of keeping you energized and interested in the sport. It’s also a great way to gauge where you are in your skill and fitness level.

In addition to boosting, you should start journaling. Sometimes people experience some difficulty losing weight. For some this could be an emotional thing because they've used food as a comforter when times get tough in life. One of the things that counselors do is encourage their patients to do is journal their feelings. This helps them get in touch of why they do what they do.

This could work for weight loss as well. Journaling why you are feeling the things you feel when on a diet could help you stay away from the temptations of junk food or going back to that old lifestyle
