Did you know that children learn eating habits by watching their parents? This means if you're overweight, there are big chances your children will become overweight. This is due to the fact that they see you eating bad food choices such as cheeseburgers, pizza, soda, candy at very large proportions and they'll automatically think that it's totally normal for them to do that too. This will then reach into their adult life. So if you don't want yo ur kids to become fat, then it needs to start with you.
You need to make some major changes in your life so you can be the life example for proper nutrition and exercise. If they see you doing it, chances of them mimicing you is greater. You should make sure you include fun activities that they'll want to get involved with. You may also want to start eating better snack choices. Rather than reaching for chips and soda, try fruits and water.
