90% of losing weight



Did you know that 90% of losing weight isn't from you working out? It actually comes from how you eat. It's true, you can work out for months on end, but if you're not watching what you eat then you won't lose weight.

It's simple math and science that come into play, you basically have to burn more calories than you eat. So if you're eating 3000 calories and you're only exerting 1000, then you'll never lose weight, if anything you'll gain wait.
